All of our photo frames hold standard size photos that you can typically order when ordering your child's school photos, or that you may already have from past orders. You can get copies made of your photos if needed at any major photo printing store.

Purchase the insert only for $59.99 & frame it using any A3 size frame you like! We recommend the $12 frames from Kmart which come in oak, white or black.

We design, cut, engrave & assemble all of our items here in Australia, from our studio in Victoria. Our items are made from high quality Australian materials.

Due to high demand our current turnaround time is up to 10 business days.

If you purchase jewellery within the same order the same turnaround time will apply to the jewellery too as they will be sent together.

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you notice a fault of any kind including marks/damage or an issue with personalisation. We can only accept returns & issue a replacement during this period & cannot issue a replacement or refund if you contact us after 14 days.

Shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 standard post, as well as an express post option.
