About our jewellery
What is your jewellery made from?
All of our jewellery is made from high quality stainless steel. Our Gold & Rose Gold is 18ct plated.
Will your jewellery turn my skin green?
No! Our jewellery is made from high quality stainless steel & wont turn your skin green. Some cheaper metals such as brass can have this effect on the skin. Because our jewellery is stainless steel it’s durable & you can wear it in the shower without having to worry.
Can it be worn every day?
Yes! Unlike some other softer materials used for jewellery, stainless steel can withstand everyday wear. Often, if well cared for it can be worn without scratching or denting. It doesn’t need to be polished or buffed & won’t change colour over time.
How can I clean my jewellery?
Over time you may notice your jewellery has lost some shine & is looking a little dull, this usually means it's time for a clean to bring it back to its original shine. You can often clean it using just a dry or damp microfiber cloth.
If you need a more through clean you can use a few drops of dish soap in warm water & give your jewellery a good wipe over with a microfiber cloth. Be sure to thoroughly rise it afterwards.
I have sensative skin, can I wear your jewellery?
Our jewellery is perfect for anyone who is allergic to certain metals as it is hypoallergenic.
Is it enviromentally friendly?
Yes! Stainless steel can be infinitely recycled making it environmentally friendly unlike some other metals. Our packaging is also made with 100% ocean bound plastic.
Where is it made?
Our jewellery is made in our small studio in Victoria, Australia. Every precious piece we make is made from scratch. From the design process & adding your unique personalisation, all the way through to assembling & polishing.
Is there a warranty?
Yes we do offer a 45 day warranty on all of our jewellery. Should your chain or clasp break during this time due to a manufacturing defect please get in touch with us. This does not cover wear & tear on the pendant.

Postage, handling & returns
Where do you post to?
We post within Australia, New Zealand, USA & Canada.
Where are you located?
Victoria, Australia. Everything is personalised & engraved in our small home studio.
How long is the turnaround time?
We make our jewellery to order & have it posted 2 business days after you place your order.
I'd like to give something as a gift, how is the jewellery packaged? Will the receipt be included?
Our jewellery comes ready to give as a gift in a vegan leather pouch, with a micro fiber cleaning cloth. We never include receipts or invoices with the parcel unless requested.
Can I change my order?
To keep up with orders & in order to stick to our quick turnaround time, we start working on orders as they are placed. Because of this we cannot usually make changes once an order has been placed as its very likely the design process has already started.

How do I return an item?

We offer free returns within the first 3 months of purchase if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
