SHIPPING & PACKAGING

As everything is personalised and made to order, our current turnaround time is up to 10 business days. We always do our best to get orders out sooner where possible. During busy periods and sale events, please allow up to an additional 5 business days for production and dispatch

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you notice a fault of any kind including marks/damage or an issue with personalisation. We can only accept returns & issue a replacement during this period & cannot issue a replacement or refund if you contact us after 14 days.

Shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 standard post, as well as an express post option.
